Hi, I’m Erin!

After over a decade as an orthopedic PT and wellness professional, I have watched women unnecessarily struggle with getting their groove back after having kids. Not only have I watched it, as a mom to three- I’ve lived it.

In fact, I’ve been on a health journey since childhood that has fed my passion for helping other women take charge over their health- practically and holistically.

In fear of suffering from major health issues such as cardiovascular disease from being overwhelmed as a mother, wife and perfectionist, I went on a journey to find a healthcare expert that would ‘listen’ to me and help me restore my health.
