Take a deep dive into all aspects of your pelvis- from top to bottom, inside and out. We’ll discuss basic anatomy, nutrition, exercise, and even stress management to support spinal health, hip mobility, and even the lady bits.
Any woman may benefit from this workshop, particularly those who have experienced pregnancy, childbirth, abdominal surgery, mild incontinence, or pre/peri/post-menopausal symptoms.
